Day two: March 8th Getting the groove back

March 8th- 500cals

Breakfast:

Grapes= 20 cals Tea=0

Total 20

Lunch

Grapes= 15 Nutri-grain = 120

Total – 170

Dinner:
Sub way flat bread with grilled chicken and lettuce and sweet peppers.

Total (roughly) - 280

total for day (roughly) = 470

Pretty good day. I wish i would have worked out but I was far to tired. I always think I over eat and I get nervous so writing this down is really helpful. I need to work on snacking. And i need to drink more water.

Day One: Sliding back to old habits

TOTAL CALORIES FOR ENTIRE DAY--> 500

Breakfast:
Jello = 70 cals

Good start, Jello doesn't have a lot of calories and doesn't make me feel fat.

Lunch:
Chicken sandwich = 536 cals

Lunch was a total failure. For some reason I just got really hungry and I haven't felt that in-control with food in the longest time. I have Spring Musical rehearsal today so I have to work off all of this. And my school is big so I am going to be walking up flights of stairs and hallways. If I work it all off, I'll eat a little bit of salad for dinner.

Dinner:
Little bit of ziti and salad no dressing.
I worked it off at spring musical rehearsal.

i gave myself a D for the day. To many carbs and not enough working out.

I am on an ANA diet. I am not anorexic. This is the only way I can loose weight. I'm loosing weight for dance and college. I am doing the ABC diet and this as a progress blog that will start it all.
